Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Teach Me Miss. Last updated 3 July 2026.

This page is maintained by Teach Me Miss. It is a plain-language summary of our terms and is not legal advice — please contact us at hello@teachmemiss.com with any questions.

1. Who we are

Teach Me Miss (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a subscription-based learning platform for UK families, including teacher-designed Weekly Programmes and Cora, an AI teacher.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts are for personal, family use only.

3. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

  • Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
  • After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown on the pricing page until you cancel.
  • You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t use Teach Me Miss to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or resell our content, or to abuse Cora or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content and intellectual property

Our lessons, workbooks, courses, brand and software are owned by Teach Me Miss or our licensors. Your subscription gives your family a personal, non-transferable licence to use them at home. Anything your child creates (answers, writing, artwork) belongs to them.

6. Cora and AI-generated content

Cora is an AI teacher. She is careful and teacher-guided, but AI can occasionally get things wrong. Please use her as a teaching aid alongside your own judgment — not as a substitute for medical, legal or safeguarding advice.

7. Refunds

We don’t routinely give refunds for partial billing periods, but if something has gone wrong, please email us — we’re reasonable people.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know by email or in-app before it takes effect.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
